Great work to all who participated in Shoparoo last year! Yesterday, VCS received a check for $494.64 for your efforts! The funds this year will be invested in our internet infrastructure by purchasing some much needed routers for the school.

We are participating in the program again this year and hope to exceed this year's fundraising total. If you are not participating and would like to participate, it is easy! Snap pictures of your grocery receipts from any store, big or small, that sells grocery items to earn Roo Points (cash donations) for your school. The app is available for Apply & Android phones. New this year to Shoparoo, non-grocery receipt also can help us earn extra money for the school. Snap pictures of your receipts from any restaurant or other retailer (that doesn’t sell grocery items) to earn entries for your school into Shoparoo’s $1,000 monthly sweepstakes and $15,000 yearly sweepstakes! Each receipt counts as an entry into both monthly and yearly sweepstakes, so spread the word at your school - the more receipts you submit, the greater your school’s chance is of winning.
